Welcome to AltMenus ("the App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

AltMenus is a free app available for unlimited use with the following device limits: 1 admin device, 30 table devices, 1 kitchen device, and unlimited customer devices per Google Sheet. The App does not contain advertisements and can be used for both personal and commercial purposes. Free accounts are subject to a 30-day usage period, after which the business must re-register devices or re-scan the QR code to continue use. Paid users are not subject to this timeout. 

2. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. This license allows the App to be used on multiple devices simultaneously, provided that the total number of devices does not exceed the limits specified above. 

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair servers or networks.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the App, are owned by or licensed to the app creators. You may not use these trademarks or other intellectual property without prior permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. There is no guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of AltMenus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.

7. Changes to the Terms

The creators of AltMenus reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notification of changes will be made by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Dagupan, Pangasinan, Philippines, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
